My 'month off' hasn't been quite the unmitigated disaster I thought it would be. Braved the scales for the first time in 4 weeks this morning and whilst I haven't lost anything, I haven't gained anything either (difference of 1lb, which I'm prepared to put down to usual fluctuation). Given that I haven't been to the gym (although did do a fair bit of walking on holiday), logged about 0.1% of my food and have definitely drank a lot more than I have since starting out, I'm pleased I've managed to keep enough of a handle on things not to send myself back to square 1. I do feel a bit disappointed in one sense as I have effectively lost out on what would probably have been about 6lb loss and slipped out of the habits that were helping me lose weight. That's what I've decided to focus on. I'm walking to the gym as I type this and I'm genuinely looking forward to kick starting my efforts again.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
