I've had to eat more of what was on-hand than anything else, the last few days, but I tried to manage myself decently. Losing 0.2 lb is better than gaining any!
369.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
