I lost weight because I had a bad cold and all I wanted to eat was soup. I hope that everybody enjoyed their Valentine's Day yesterday. I have my aunt here from New Orleans for the month so we decided to go out for brunch and shopping afterwards. I did pretty well at brunch. I ordered a cheese omelet, wheat toast, and fruit cocktail. Usually, the platter comes with home fries but I subbed it out for the fruit. It was a very wise choice and absolutely delicious! I also had ice water with lemon (No soda, no juice). i did order some snack wraps later from Wendy's but it wasn't a highly caloric day which I am very happy to announce. Things can change though because my mom wanted to stop at Dunkin Donuts last night and ordered TWO DOZENS of donuts. Donuts are my downfall! Hahaha. We'll see how this plays out. I have oranges in the fridge lol! ;)
301.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
