I lost a pound! I didn't to my full work out again this morning but I was pretty busy at work today so I'm gonna count that. My legs are hurting from running around all day so I guess that counts.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
