1354 kcal Fat: 47.54g | Prot: 102.24g | Carb: 142.76g.   Breakfast: Flaxseed Meal, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Blueberries, Coffee, Walnuts. Lunch: Shrimp, Light Fantastic Roasted Garlic Balsamic Dressing, Beets (Drained Solids, Canned), Smoked Salmon, tomatoe, Lettuce, baby carrots. Dinner: Scallops, Octopus, Mussels, Diced Tomatoes, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Spaghetti Winter Squash. Snacks/Other: Slim-a-Bear No Sugar Added Bars - Vanilla, almonds, baby carrots. more...
