hard to stay on track when you go out to eat with co-workers. not sure i will go out with them to much any more. not only do they spend too much money, the food isn't that good.

I found that to be true also. I had to plan and make my own food to get the results that I wanted. Once I'm solid with what I'm doing, the rewards outweigh the temptations making it easy to stay on target. Good luck!
