This is such a bad start to the day. I weigh the most I have in almost 10 years. Holy smokes! I have to get a grip here. Prayer and talking about it isn't cutting it. I need to commit to this and DO IT! AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!

6:00 p.m. I've been so busy today that I could just drop. Still have a couple of projects that must be done tonight if I want to get my car in the garage. When I am busy I don't think much about eating. But as you can see by my steady diet of pizza...I don't think much about nutrition either. Tonight I plan to eat some canned peaches if I need a snack. Let's see how this works for me. To be continued.
