Still making very slow progress at this point. I have a little over a month to get to my goal. However my original goal for one year from when I started was 150 which is still reasonably attainable. While at times I get a little impatient with the currently slow progress, overall I'm very happy with how much progress I've made already.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
