It seems that this week might be a compensation for the large drop last week and part reason that i have been sneaking sugary candies.. That needs to stop.. its still down, but my plan to drop 1 pound a week is shattered.

So.. No more pure sugar.. more fruit and veggis!
299.2 lb Lost so far: 88.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
