BP: 144/89 BMI: 29.5 (Overweight)

I have been eating out way too much. The back injury and traveling are not helping. I wasn't able to enjoy Tsali like I wanted to due to limited range and coddling my back. However, I'm injury free and still improving.
217.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
