Water weight. PMS sucks. I've been trying to stick to low carb but I'm a carboholic and it's really hard. Every substitution I've tried I'm not a fan of. I just need to find something that tastes good.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 116.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What do you like to eat? We are all different when it comes to foods and what will work. I don't do that many "replacement" foods. I just eat food.

Good luck! I’ve tried low carb a few times and lost weight while I could stick to it which is never too long. I just like bread too much!! I’m watching calories now. I wish you the best!!!

Yeah I think you have to like most of the choices. Not all diets are for every one, for sure
