Well 1.5 to go. I won't be weighing in till Tuesday. I will continue my exercise schedule and keep the food as clean as possible. I'm going to a Superbowl party today and the food choices are bad, so, I made clean turkey chili(real turkey no ground meat) all fresh veggies and homemade beans, veggie platter, apples and cheese platter.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
