Yesterday went all wrong, the weekend went all wrong. Today I'm going to make a better effort.

In the good news section, I did get my bike out and cycled to campus, and I plan to do the same today, so that's a start. And I didn't put anything on so I got away with it I think! But concentration from now on my goals and the challenge goals
180.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
