Although I didn't stick to my allotted calories, fat & carbs very well, all things considered. A fe things hit the fan that caused me to stress eat. I did pretty well considering how I was eating. I still have a lot to learn about food. Some things I thought were better for me, weren't really. I did some grocery shopping, getting more suggested food that is much better. I joined Jazzercis late last week. Planning to go more often starting this week. Well ........ that's my story and I'm stickin to it. Have a great week everyone and good luck on you plans. M
