very chillie last night in the high 30s.only getting to 55 today.that means i will have to wear long pants and real shoes.that sucks.i really like capris and sandals.

coffee taste delish this morning.i have to buy some more green coffee bean extract today.i dont take as many as recommended maybe i will start taking 2 with each meal.

my thighs and biceps are screaming at me this morning.first thing i did this morning was bring the resistance bands and mat out to the living room.when i am done here i will check out the sparks people videos on youtube.then after breakfast workout on gazelle.

my kitty wont leave me alone so i am going to start my day.happy saturday everyone.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like having someone to go down the 160's with! ;-) I'm leaving in about an hour to go to Orlando and Universal Studios with hubby, my son and his friend. We are going to the theme park for Halloween Horror Nights, so I'm hoping that alot of walking (and RUNNING!) will be good for the weight loss plan! ;-) I just need to make smart choices within the theme park.....I CAN do this! I CAN do this! Make the most of your weekend, because I intend to be DOWN this week!

I hear you about wearing shoes - my feet don't like them one bit! Must be you have done something good with those resistance bands. Keep up the good work!

I must check your previous journals to read about the coffee bean extract. I want to see how you are making progress with that plan. i cat sat for my mama's cat during her trip through Canada this past summer. She often talks about the way her cat wakes her up every morning. So cute! Have a beautiful Sunday!
