This is the weight I gained from my week of not staying on track. It could have been worse I suppose, but I still don't like it. Next weigh in I hope is much better. Stupid number on a scale shouldn't affect how I feel, but it does. I'm not exercising as hard right now as before until this sunburn finally goes away, but I'm back to watching what I eat. I'm determined to do this!
