Another day. In spite of the fact that I did well again yesterday in terms of healthful eating, my scale number stayed the same. Of course, I was anticipating a huge drop!! Isn't that funny how we have such great expectations for quick and easy weight loss? I need to develop patience and perseverance. With the help of God, I will continue and take on day at a time.
