Grrr...What am I doing wrong? I even purchased ketone strips and I am in Ketosis although, at only 20 grams carbs I only show "moderate" ketone levels?
153.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Feeling better...made some pork rind pancakes which were surprisingly delicious!! Not porky at all.

You are doing great! Maybe try to lower your carb intake more. Atkins advises to keep it down to 20 carbs a day when in induction. When you get to OWL you can add 5 more carbs a day. Good Luck!
