Not a bad week, but not a particularly good one either. Had chocolate biscuits on Saturday, after a meal out - chicken tacos so probably not too bad. Some non-diet fizzy (because the dairy didn't have diet). Didn't stick to the diet suggestions towards the end of the week but did stick to the protein and veg theme. I am going to make a chart of the units I'm supposed to have so I can track my intake. Feeling very well in myself and in my head (possibly partly due to my first chiropractic adjustment). I don't feel as though I have lost much weight but 0.7kg is over a pound so not too bad. Exercise for the week? 45 minute aqua class, 90 minute yoga class and some walking to view open homes.
