I've still been bumping up against 160 over the past week, but I've put a few really good days together and have gotten back down to my comfort level. Kelli and I are heading to the Bahamas on Saturday! Which should be a lot of fun and a lot of food! I am going to give myself a pass to enjoy my time as well as the cuisine. I hope i don't gain too much, but I also want to enjoy myself. I'll have to make sure I at least walk every day.
Everybody seems to be doing well. The kids are on fall break and I've been golfing with Ryan a few times. DJ is doing well too.
