Day 97!

FOOD DAY


Need to stick to low carb under 20 grams as much as possible.

Don't want to slip in and out of Ketosis during this period.
324.9 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
