Going to get back on my low carb/low sugar restrictions because it worked. What I’m doing now, relaxed diet, isn’t working for losing weight. It works to maintain. I’m also going to get back into exercising again.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
