Why do I think that food will fill an empty well?! All it does is add to my feeling of failure.
207.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are by no means a failure. I went over your foods and your history, and noticed you are on induction. I noticed 2 spots of interest. 1. the sweat potato and 2. the roll. Both of those are not allowed on induction. You may also be losing inches instead of pounds. Have you measured lately? Also, have you done any of the Learn Atkins at the top of the page? I couldn't believe how much info was packed into these sessions. Check it out if you haven't already. Best of Luck and keep your chin up and focus on the future you, not the past mistakes.

What I do is keep the list of allowed Induction foods on the fridge and never deviate. Also it's a challenge keeping your veggie carbs up while filling in calories but if you add chicken and other meats here and there its easier. I agree on measuring yourself too, or observing how your clothes are fitting. And my mom used to say its never good to always be weighing so don't let the scale boss you around, check in every week or few days. You may be down due to the decrease in sugar, I was really grumpy...keep goin, you're allowed some do overs.
