Hmmmm, how do I categorize tonight? Healthy breakfast and lunch. Dinner at Texas Roadhouse and ate too much. Okay, Sal, think it through. You ate 1/4 of the onion blossom, all of your salad, 1/2 of your half slab of ribs and 1/4 of the sweet potato. So maybe it wasn't as bad as you thought.And you only ate one roll. So I guess that while I didn't "diet", I didn't go totally overboard. I can live with that.
