1137 kcal Fat: 23.04g | Prot: 39.07g | Carb: 134.25g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, quaker oatmeal squares, coffee. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, great value fruit cup, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: low sodium saltine crackers, bacon bits, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water), sweet potato, coffee, sweet leaf green tea. Snacks/Other: low sodium V8, weight watchers string cheese, almonds, merlot wine. more...
