I haven't been very well, I realised that I'd got one of life's viruses- I wonder where they come from, where do they linger until they decide they'd like to reside with you. Anyway the result- I've put on some pounds!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
