This is my first weigh in on my new weight watchers scale. It calculates body fat %, bone mass, and water weight %. I weighed myself at the end of the day right after I ate supper, so tomorrow morning's weight will hopefully be lighter.

*deep breath*
Here goes:

Weight - 204.8
Body fat % - 41.3 (normal = 21-32%)
H2O % - 42.8 (normal = 50-55%)
Bone mass - 6.9 (normal = 5-7%)

There it is.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be too discouraged. You're still down, because if you weighed originally on your old scale then it would have been 6 lbs higher then too, so it's not a real GAIN!

Actually, my first weigh in was on the work scale. That's why it looked like I lost so much weight the last few weeks, because I switched scales (I liked the home one! lol!)

Aw how annoying of the scale to get your hopes up!

Oh well, at least I'm living in reality now! lol! Look at my weigh in today though... what a difference one night can make! Maybe I will start seeing my results from all this hard work. I can definitely see it working...
