It is not a big victory! But for the begining it does not seem so bad. Sometimes i think our body is like a sacred temple 🕌⛪🕍⛩️and our mouth 👄 is the opening gate of it! We should take care who and which enter this gate. If we control our eating we control respect of this temple⛩️🕍⛪ 🕌
