Must say that I am not hungry with this diet and
always an option to put something in my mouth when
I open the fridge when I feel I need a boost . slice of turkey, olive, celery stick , stringcheese , jello

I cheat TREAt every day with a caffinated 2 % Latte

miss chips/pretsels but tell myself that LATER
I may have them again at some point

drinking lots of lapsang souchon thee ! Making a pot every time I come home
135.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am also drinking coffee but only have one mug a day. Tea is a good idea. I have a nice selection of teas, especially one Chinese "slimming tea" but I have not used it since starting with this diet. Your chart looks great, Nacho!
