That was an unexpected drop! Binged on walnuts last night and am feeling bloated now, nearly didn't weigh today. Pleased that I am so far still on track.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
