Sick. Hardcore adrenal crash means sitting on my ass all week eating carbs. With a doctor's note. I'm back on my regimen as of yesterday and I've already taken off 4 lbs. Its all salt, water, and sugar.

I'm still pissed tho.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
