Dont know if my weight is accurate. I just feel overweight and I can think Im around 77 kg. I will be finding a place to weigh in soon. I live in a hotel, and have been living in a hotel for the past 2 months. Amazingly first month did Atkins pretty well... second month completely collapsed into a daily carb and high fat food indulge.
Today im starting Dukan because its pretty easy to follow in the environment I am. I see myself doing 3 days of Attack Friday, Saturday and Sunday and then starting Cruise phase until Christmas. If people or my boyfriend dont understand my food choices I dont care. My main objective is to take care of myself. This is a challenge. Been in and out of diets for EVER and I even tried Dukan before and failed. What makes a difference now? Me. I'm doing this for myself and only for that single reason. I don't really care how people think I look. I don't really care about summer bikini. I just want to feel healthy and have energy in my cells. This one is for me.
