Another back injury has prevented me from doing any sort of physical activity and my sodium intake has been ridiculous. Next week I'm on the road for work then vacation in the mountains which will be activity packed. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

217.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
