after day 1 and exercise I weighed myself this morning. it claims I'm down so I'm thinking it could be some water weight I've lost and of course due to I haven't had breakfast yet. woohoo tho.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
