After roughly two weeks at the same weight, I finally dropped some. Not like I did anything different...

Yay.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1474 kcal Fat: 44.33g | Prot: 68.37g | Carb: 208.03g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Light & Fit Yogurt - Blueberry, Special K blueberry. Lunch: Baked Lays BBQ Flavored, Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, 100 calorie pack double chocolate chip cookies. Dinner: 2% Milk Singles Sharp Cheddar, Baked Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream, Tomato Ketchup, Sweet Onions, Tomatoes, Cantaloupe Melons, Watermelon, Lettuce, Hamburger Buns, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other: Banana, Apples. more...
