There goes those first apparently eight pounds of water weight and poo weight when you first restart eating like you should and actually drink enough water lol. First two days down have been successful. And now cooking for and dieting with my amazing wonderful boyfriend who is a bit over 300 lbs himself.
219.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
