ended my 5 day water only fast. lost 14 pounds. on day 1 did a Dry Fast (noting for 24 hours) days 2-5, just water (at least 3 liters a day) feel fine.
I will start the new year off on the carnivore diet ... want to try it out... Diet consists of only animal products: regular cuts of meat, organ meat, butter, and I will add cheese and small amounts of dairy. focus will be zero carbs
My plan is for 3 weeks... will see how it goes.
