IF FOR 4 HOURS 14- 18 FAT 28.6 %
181.8 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think people call that IF for 20 hours with a 4 hour eating window. Good job

ONCE IN AWHILE I DO OMAD - ONE MEAL A DAY.

Me too. But I have to be careful with OMAD as I find that I often eat more with OMAD that with a bigger window. And I like to switch it up. My most important concern is that my body does not think that I am starving myself and start to lower its metabolism accordingly.
