I was on vacation for nine days so I'm really pleased I didn't gain more. In the past, I would usually gain at least a pound a day. I ate all I wanted but just skipped the desserts.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
