Not so happy with small weight loss this week but I know I have kept to the food plan and I'm content that even a small loss adds up over time. It's better than gaining weight ! Also, I've been doing some heavy gardening work so it's possible muscle building is limiting the actual weight loss. Will see next week. Still feeling positive.
