Week-end wasn't too bad. Got in a run, some swimming, work around the house. Food quality dropped but I stayed under the calorie count. Liquid diet on friday night :D
220.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
