Yesterday I had a bad headache and went home from work and took a nap. I have still been craving icecream and junk foods! I hope the cravings go away and don't come back! I am still afraid of losing it and binging on everything in site! It is the worst feeling after a binge! I need to learn to control myself around other people. For some reason I over eat when friends are around. I have to learn that they should have no effect on what my actions are.
105.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
