YIPPEEEEE!!! Finally a decent loss!!! Let's hope it's not just a slight blip!! lol

I survived on salad yesterday and had a 4 mile walk in the heat of the afternoon......it was over 30 degrees. Needless to say I fely terrible by the time I got home and have been forced to arrange lifts for the next two days. My poor little one got burnt on the walk home from school so it's just not the best way of doing things!

I am going to head out in about half an hour to walk down to the post office and back to send some stuff to the US so I'll still get some walking in and I've been invited to meet a friend for coffee tomorrow morning so I'm planning to walk home from town tomorrow.

I hope everyone has a fantstic tuesday!!!

A big CONGRATULATIONS! Woohoo! I'm sure the loss is not just a blip. You've been doing well with your eating and all of your extra walking. Sorry to hear that your little guy got burnt on the walk home. But it doesn't take much and especially at this time of year when we haven't had much exposure yet. I'm amazed at the tan I've been getting just from getting out on my runs. I feel compelled to try to do some tanning in the backyard to help erase the nasty tank top tan lines! So with all of your added walking lately, do you think you will be compelled to walk into town more often for the exercise even when you get your new car? It's such a nice way to get that little extra activity in and with the price of gas lately there's an extra bonus! Enjoy your day!

Way to go on the loss! My little guy got burnt on his nose, cheeks and the tops of his ears last week at a Baseball game. Our bodies are not used to the sun after a long winter here in Minnesota. We have gathered our hats and have them ready at the door for our outings this summer. Hope he's feeling better. Coffee with friends sounds like so much fun. Enjoy!

Yay, so thrilled to see those scales go down for you... so congratulations. Aw, sorry to hear that your son got sunburnt... boy, it sure has been hot though hasn't it. Our eldest was out playing footie last weekend with his friends for 4 hours and landed up getting sunburnt too! One extreme to the other though isn't it... but let's hope it keeps up. You just keep up that walking though as it sure will be helping you to keep those scales moving. ;o) PS - I've now got Yogalates for Weight Loss... did last night all the way through! Lol... found muscles that I'd forgotten I had, but what a great workout and felt nice and stretched afterwards. :o)
