Well that was disappointing. A gain :-( I weighed myself midweek (I know I shouldn't) and had lost half a kilo. I've recorded a gain by the end of the week. But, at 300g, it is within the realms of fluctuations.
How closely followed? reasonably well. However, on Thursday evening I was taken out for dinner - not much on the menu (The Green Parrot) that fitted with my diet. I chose hamburger steak which came with a small portion of chips. I had no drink. On Friday, to my surprise, I was taken for dinner again. No good choices at the pub (JJ Murphy's) so I had chicken and mushroom taglietelle and an orange juice. The biggest cheat was on Saturday when I had a hot chocolate and a black pepper and strawberry chocolate muffin when Kara took the meet up group to Ciocco. I also had rice and pitango curry. I'll try to do better next week. I will be looking for a different cereal though as the muesli is probably too high calorie for everyday and the porridge is making me drowsy.
Exercise I need to do more. I did go to 'easy movers' in teh swimming pool on Wednesday. However, I should use the exercise bike, do somatics and the exercises fromt he book.
