Well, I'm recording my weight today and I had a loss, but I'm afraid I won't keep it until next week. I've been weighing in on Wednesday's but I will be gone all day tomorrow, so I know I won't get on to do it. I'm glad for the loss, but I've been bouncing around between 129 and 131 for a while now, so I hope it sticks.
I have to be up at 4 a.m. tomorrow to go to a conference and won't get home until about 6:30 p.m. At least I've got most of the day off on Friday, but I'll be dragging on Thursday. I'm glad tomorrow is my scheduled rest day for workouts.
My son's first soccer game went well last night, they lost, but the kids had a great time. My son said it was one of the best days of his life, so he must have had fun. Now tonight it's off to volleyball practice for my daughter. I really can't wait until Friday with nothing to do but relax!
129.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
