went to a mothers day buffet at my fave restaurant that only opens during the high season...as it is located in the national park area (cottage country) where i live. It was such a treat...went with my mom and my grandma and my children and bf. It was great but i really tested out my small serving samplings!! i even sampled some choc cheese cake so i was nervous stepping on scale today....and lo and behold , i am way down!! what a shocker! maybe having a sweet treat is what i needed to knock me off of my plateau??? or maybe tomorrow yesterdays mistakes will reveal themselves!!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Sometimes when your body gets used to a certain number of calories or the same types of food, and you go out to eat, it kick starts the weight loss again. So great job!

I'm guessing you're Canadian? (cottage country) one of my college profs pointed out that in Canada it's cottage country and in Michigan its up north... anyways your chart looks really good and good job on the small tastes...
