Need to move back to Ohio. Vacation in Ohio proved that Florida is making me fat, I eat too much at work, and I don't work out after 5.

GO RUNNING - OR ELSE.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
