Woot! Wow, I never noticed how similar our stats are. I want to lose a little more, so guessing you are a little taller. You are officially a lot younger!

Yes, we are on really similar paths. You are much better at this than I am though. You started in DEC 2017 while I started early 2017. This year has been slow for me. I am only a wee bit younger than you. 44. If you are going by my FatSecret name, that's the joke. I will never be older than 39. Ever. Corny, I know. I am 5'5". I picked my goal weight kind of arbitrarily. 100 pounds sounded like a nice round number to me. As I get closer to goal, I have been thinking that the 120s is probably where I will need to be but I haven't changed it yet.

Oh i got the joke! How dare you say you are 44! (Stiil a lot younger, lol.) You are officiall39, darnit! I was going gangbusters until August, pretty much in a holding pattern since then. I am shooting for 110# loss but i would take 100! Yeah, i think it will be at least another year losing the next 45.

LMAO. Sorry about that. I forgot myself for a moment. I think holding patterns are a part of the process. I have found that as I incorporate more and more exercise the weight loss numbers get a little less clear cut. Unless I am really strict about tight eating windows and tons of water, the scale fluctuates consistently. Shrug. I think we are both doing pretty well. Whether it takes us another year or so to get where we are going, at least we made the trip! I am grateful to you for doing such a charming and honest job of documenting your journey. Not to mention your awesome food pics. I like to live vicariously through you. "This is what I could be eating if I could cook."

Haha well it is mostly my deft use of the microwave and toaster oven! You are right, we are making the trip! Meet you back here next December to check in?
