Let's see what did I do yesterday?
Losing a pound in a day is not unusual for me as long as I take advantage of aligned opportunities.
I started the day with a cup of coffee and half and half. (about 60 calories)
I ate a healthy brunch with Donna and Natalie. It was a veggie omelet with a croissant, a cup of coffee with skim milk. I ate very slowly and chewed thoroughly. I took my carb blocker pills. I was very satisfied when we left. :o)
Later I had a route 44 diet cherry lime-aide.
By four I was getting hungry so I ate a banana and all was good for an hour or so. (about 90 calories)
Then a Fuze a little later.
Dinner was grilled salmon -- absolutely scrumptious! -- green beans and a salad with artichokes and feta cheese. No dressing.
Late evening, I had a bunch of strawberries and cup of tea with skim milk.

Lost so far: 1.3 lb.
Still to go: 19.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
