My supplements --
I take supplements every day. I am convinced that they help me lose weight and curb my appetite even though they aren't "weight-loss" supplements.
I take:
GNC's Minus Ten Alpha Lipoic Acid Any brand Ubiquinol Q-10 HTP-5 (preferably with St. John's Wort) Fish pills - 1000mg with Omega 3 Apple Cider Vinegar Pills (any brand)
If I am going to indulge in something containing high carbohydrates like bread, I usually take a carb blocker pill. These are from a a natural white bean and block about 1/3 of the carbs from being absorbed by the body. These don't work on refined carbs like sugar.
I try to steer away from white products anyway (bread/sugar).
